Products and product prices

Product prices are presented in connection with product presentations. Our prices include VAT. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

Payment methods

Payment methods can be selected at checkout.

Delivery fee

The general delivery fee is €7.90/order.

Products may be delivered from different warehouses, in which case the order will be sent in two or more packages.

Delivery time

The usual delivery time is 3-7 business days. Most products are delivered within 2-5 business days.

A tracking code is available for deliveries, so it is easy to track the progress of the package. Packages are generally delivered to the nearest Posti pickup point.

In some cases, the order may be delivered from two different warehouses, so the delivery may come in several packages.

Product return policy

Ordered products have a 14-day right of exchange and return. 14 days are counted from the time the customer has received the package.

If the customer wants to exchange the ordered product for another, we will send a replacement product as soon as the returned product has arrived at our premises.

The customer is responsible for the return postage.

Repairing a product defect

If the delivered product is damaged, you can report the product defect by email to our customer service and you can return the product without postage costs according to the instructions provided. At the same time, we ask you to indicate whether you are returning the product and whether you want your money back or whether you wish us to send a similar product in place of the damaged one. Complaints must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Dispute resolution and place of jurisdiction

The customer has the right to refer any disputes arising from this agreement to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).

Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
